Terms of Service

The following terms govern the professional relationship between One Work Solutions LLC and our business partners. These terms are established to ensure clarity, compliance, and mutual long-term success in our direct-hire placement and executive search engagements.

  • Services Provided: One Work Solutions LLC provides specialized recruitment services to identify, vet, and introduce qualified candidates to Clients for permanent, direct-hire employment.
  • Candidate Introductions: An "Introduction" is defined as the provision of a candidate’s resume or professional profile to a Client. Should the Client hire the candidate within twelve (12) months of the initial introduction, a placement fee is earned by One Work Solutions LLC.
  • Fees and Payment:

    • Placement fees are calculated as a fixed percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary, as defined in our specific signed Fee Agreement.

    • Invoices are issued upon the candidate’s start date and are due within thirty (30) days of issuance.

  • Guarantee Period: We stand behind our precision search process with a 90-day "Replacement Guarantee." If a candidate voluntarily departs or is terminated for cause within this window, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the full Fee Agreement.
  • Limitation of Liability: One Work Solutions LLC acts as a strategic talent partner. The final hiring decision, employment screening beyond our scope, and the subsequent actions of the candidate once employed remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
Operational Stability Note: One Work Solutions LLC is committed to ethical search practices and does not sell or distribute candidate or client data to third-party brokers. We maintain NAICS 561311 compliance in all direct-hire operations.
